this is the error I get

Number: 0x80041010
Facility: WMI
Description: Invalid class

I tried running the command and still won't do it

The only thing left to try is to remove all of the settings for WMI on the Windows system, reboot and go through the document and re-setup the system.

when you say remove setting, what settings in particular are you referring to
