Host Dependency Criteria Not Reflected on Nagios XI

Hi Nagios Support,

I would like to report something with regards to host dependency setting,

I've tried enabling the 'd' value on execution criteria in host dependency. When I applied the setting, I rechecked the configuration and the 'd' value was unchecked again.

I tried re-applying the configuration but the 'd' value was still disabled.

I checked the configuration and it seems that the settings was applied to the Nagios server.

What is the version of the Nagios XI that you are currently using? OS/architecture? I am not able to recreate the issue in Nagios XI 2014R2.7.

We're currently using a Nagios XI 2014R2.6 with a CentOS 6.6.

Actually, I can confirm that this is a bug. I already filed an internal bug report (TASK ID 5941). I was able to recreate the issue in 2014R2.7 as well.

Note: The first time around, I made a mistake (my bad) and failed to test it properly.

Update: FYI, the bug is already fix in our development revision. You can upgrade your Nagios XI instance as soon as the new release is out and this will take case of the issue. Thanks!
