Cannot make SSL connection

The server that is failing has a newer version of OpenSSL and it may require the plugin to be recompiled to use it. Can you try that?

I need some information on your system type. Can you run the following and post back?

uname -a
cat /etc/*release

Do you have an active support contract?

Do you have a way to backup the system before upgrading the plugins in case something goes wrong?
