Just noticed on the new site (Nice by the way!) that the pricing went up to 4995 for 2 instances. I knew the price was going to go up. We got in at the introductory price of 995. Will I have to pay the new price of 4995 or will I continue to pay the 995 as this is what was quoted to my company.
Also, I noticed that you have added daily data "Up to 50GB per day".
I didn't think Nagios was going to do that as that is what the other competitors do.
I am mostly concerned that we will continue to pay the 995 per year or are we going to be charged 4995 when we re-up? I was told that the intro pricing was the cost if you bought in early, not "First year only".
Just asking as it is a little confusing and hoping I don't have to go back and say "Well.. things changed."
Thanks

Re: NLS price changes
First off, thanks for the feedback! We love the new website too!
Regarding pricing, I'm going to refer you to [email protected] with any questions about that. They know the ins and outs much better than we do on the Support side and I trust them to give you a more accurate answer than I could.
However regarding the "Up to 50GB per day" - there is no limitation. The only limits are your bandwidth, storage, and processing power. Those numbers are technical approximations of what a single instance can handle (or 5, or 10, or 20, etc). Myself and the other techs are of the opinion that this part of the chart should be removed from the site, or else clarified to say "Recommended for data up to X GB/day". What wording would make sense to you?

Don't worry, we won't cap you :)krobertson71 wrote:I didn't think Nagios was going to do that as that is what the other competitors do.
