Nagios NPRE: Directory File Count

Hello guys,
I have been working on trying to monitor the file count in a directory for the past 2 weeks. I have been emailing you guys but never got a response. We are paying money to get supported when we have issues with your product but I feel like you guys don't care. Again I need to get directory_file_count plugin to be working in my Nagiosxi.

Is there any plugin that will allow me to query a mssql database and display the result in nagiosxi web interface? I have found check_mssql but it is not doing what I need.

How are you using check_mssql? It should be returning the actual query result. What is it returning instead?

Here is what I am getting and also I am having issue with command.cfg and service.cfg

Well is appears the logic is working and that the query you entered is returning '2'. Are you absolutely sure that query is not returning 2?

but the data is not displayed in nagiosxi interface. I was getting unknown.

Can you post a screenshot of the GUI where its showing your command definition? Also, what are the permissions on the check_mssql plugin?
