Do you know why Nagios sends more than one message when something occurs or recover ?

We have configurated the follow:

We are using:
Nagios XI Version : 2014R2.6
x86_64
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.0 (Maipo)

Nagios notifies each contact separately and hence logs each notification separately.

But if i am a contact, why received more than two messages for the same event ?

There may be a duplication of contacts perhaps.

Post the definition for a service that exhibits this behaviour.
Then based on that config, it will show the contacts being used.
Post the definition of the contact being used.

Use the disk icon in CCM to show the definition.
