Okay great! The fix for importing will be in a patch release coming today - although it won't fix the already imported users.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

I'm also seeing this, and neither the Full Name nor the AD username is being populated. When this is fixed can it pull the Display Name in AD for the Full Name in Log Server?

That has been fixed also.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.
