How do i edit the .RRD? i tried vi but it brings up a wall o text that i can't decipher.

It looks like the /usr/local/nagios/etc/pnp/check_commands/check_snmp_gauge.cfg file is corrupted, Try over writing it with this one that is attached to this post.

Do i need to go through the whole process again? I replaced the file and am waiting to see a difference. I am going to delete the rrd and the xml for the service.

The graph just updated. It looks like we are in business! I will keep an eye on this and apply the changes to my other effected services. Thanks for sticking in there with me and going the extra mile.
