linkUp and linkDown traps coming through 6 times

I get multiple events in my messages log when those traps come in. 6 to be exact.

I think we are getting somewhere. I can see multiple traps for each shut / no shut and they seem to have different values

I see 6 traps:

one for an old community string that is no longer in use (similar to the new one, but with !'s)
one for the current community string
one for community
one for config
one for syslog
one for vstack

Something tells me I don't need all those. I've already removed the one with the old string. I'm thinking just keep the entry for the snmp+string, and remove the community, config, syslog and stack.

EDIT: I removed the other entries and the traps are coming in normally now.
