Nagios NRDP not working

I try integrate Nagios XI and Nagios Network Analyzer but when i try to open NRDP page it show me the message "You don't have permission to access /nrdp on this server."

I follow all step of this link https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nrd ... erview.pdf but i filed to open sucessfully the nrdp.

So are you wanting to monitor your Nagios Network Analyzer server from your Nagios XI server using NRDP?

What was the url? What server did you try and access this page from, XI or Network Analyzer?

I try to open Nagios XI because i follow the steps of this link "https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ios_XI.pdf" but i can't made the steps on page 3.

the url from my nrdp is http://10.10.0.63/nrdp. both instances (XI and Network Analizer) are installed on the same server.

Unfortunately installing Nagios XI and Network Analyzer on the same server is not supported.

Important: Nagios Enterprises highly recommends and will only support installing Nagios Network Analyzer on a newly installed,
“clean” system (a bare minimal install with nothing else installed or configured).
