Receiving Alerts every 60 mins for same issue

I am New to Nagios, I have added few serevrs to Nagios XI and while adding server, I had removed 60 min notification if issue persists. Still I get the notifications every 60 min. Can anyone please help me to fix the issue. Thanks.

Can you show us the actual email notification and the config file of this host/service? Also, go to the Core Config Manager->Hosts (or Services), find your host/service, click on "View Text Config" actions button (the diskette icon), and show the config for this host/service.
