Can you please help us on to monitor following parameters on network devices. Please confirm following metrics monitoring in nagiosxi.
Network device monitoring for following service metrics
• Latency
• Jitter
• Reliability
• QOS Monitoring
• IP SLA
• TX/RX packets
• Automatic reports for all Link utilization reports via Mail
3.3 Load Balancer Monitoring
• vADC Utilization
• Concurrent SSL connections
• Caching
• Compression
• Throughput
• Real Server / Virtual Server
3.4 WAN Optimizer Monitoring
• Resource like CPU / Memory / Interface Utilization
• WAN Optimizer reports integration with Monitoring tool in term on optimization/traffic getting bypass
3.5 Netflow
• Traffic from host/application/protocol
• Logs need to be retain for minimum 1 month
• Dashboard containing NetFlow Logs with different graph e.g. Weekly/Day/Current
• Dashboard containing NetFlow Logs with different graph e.g. Application/Protocol/host
3.6 Reporting
Following reports should be generated / scheduled in the monitoring tool in Graphical format.
• Common Dashboard for all Network Devices/Links
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports for resource utilization & availability
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports for link bandwidth utilization
• Asset / Link Inventory
• Hardware Details like Make, Model, Serial Number, IOS, etc. through auto-discovery
• Centralized Monitoring server for all Crisil Locations

That's quite a list!
Looking over it there are some things like CPU and memory that I know for a fact are easily monitored. Others like QS there may be plugins for but I am not familiar with them off the top of my head. My advice would be to look on our Nagios Exchange site, which is a repository for all sorts of plugins - official and third-party - which might work for your needs:

Regarding the reporting, we have both on-demand and scheduled reporting available in our Reports section in the XI interface. Give those a shot and see what you think!
