The Customer Support is locked

I am a new user log on the nagios Forum, I find the Customer Support and General Support is locked.
I want to ask how could I unlock the Customer Support and General Support in the Forum ?

General support is available for everyone. The only way to get locked out of that is if we ban you.

Customer support is only available for those with a current support contract.

Do you have a support contract? If so please contact sales via E-mail and inquire with them re: why you can't view/post in the customer forum.

I removed you from the "Newly Registered Users" group, try posting in General now.
