Monitor the Tomcat report "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError"

The version of Nagios Core I use is 3.5.0 .
I want to monitor Tomcat or Jboss install on the windows or the linux system .
Sometimes the Tomcat or Jboss report "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError", I want to use nagios monitor "OutOfMemoryError"
Could I install some plugins in Nagios slove this problem ?
What plugins should I install ?
