If HOST is a parent, a HOST rename isn't updated on child

Post by perric »

Hello,

I have Nagios XI 2014R2.6. When I rename the HOST name of a parent, the child HOST does not get the updated name under "Parents" (when I view it from the GUI). Instead, they still have the original host name listed.

Any help would be great. Thanks.

Known bug that has been fixed in the latest revisions.

For now the only workaround is to remove then readd the parent host.
