Any Alternative to Nagios fusion

Please let me know if there is any alternative to Nagios fusion ?
I have different nagios -server want to have a centralised view of all nagios ...not interested in mod-gearman,DNX,MNTSO.

if i go for MNTOS then let me know how to detailed overview of that...and MNTOS triggered mail if any server DOWN?
