Disk Drive Monitoring (RAID)

I had a hard drive fail on a server i am monitoring with NCPA. The drive is part of a RAID config. Can i monitor physical drive health with NCPA or any other Nagios XI plugin?

Yes, but this depends heavily on the model of the drive controller. Once you figure that out go out the Exchange and you're likely to find a plugin someone has written:
