Unable to Login Nagios

Dear Team,
We have installed NagiosXI in Centos machine, login page is visible but unable to login with the nagios admin username and password. we tried the password displayed on the screen, same is not working.

please suggest how can we get the username and password to login the NagiosXI front page.

Dear Team,

Thanks for the same. The password issue got resolved.

We have configured the Routers and Links into Nagios. Routers are monitoring properly but the links are showing status as DOWN but if we login into Router it is showing links are UP.
We have checked and found that the links which we are configured are not pinging form Nagios server.Kindly assist what we have to do to get this issue resolved.

Note : SNMP is configured in all Routers and links IP's are visible in all respective routers.
