How do I disable emails and notifications for just the localhost. I get them ALL the time and I really don't care to get them as they resolve themselves after a while.
Also I have bandwidth monitoring on a several other ports that go critical in the night time hours during backups. Is there way I can have notifications disabled for just a few hours during those backups?
Disable alerts
Re: Disable alerts
For the localhost settings, you can just click on the host/service in the Home -> Service Details page and there will be a link you can click to disable notifications.
For the bandwidth monitoring, this sounds like a good case for Recurring Scheduled Downtime. You can schedule it under Home -> Recurring Scheduled Downtime by clicking Add Schedule and following the guide.

I have disabled notifications for Localhost. I must have to disable notifications for each service running on the local host to stop them all?tmcdonald wrote:For the localhost settings, you can just click on the host/service in the Home -> Service Details page and there will be a link you can click to disable notifications.
Re: Disable alerts
That is correct, services are treated separately from the host.
