multiline output of service check

Hello All,
Anybody know if its possible to create service check that will produce multi line output. Such as below:

Service Critical
Service Warning
Service Warning

I've tried getting it to work via passive check and regular service check but no luck. I tried using \n and <\br> in my passive service check output as well as my service check script output but still not working. Currently running Nagios 2012R2.9.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The display of multi-line output ( or long output ) was added to Nagios XI around 2014R2.0. An upgrade should do the trick.
