Login page keeps getting redirected to the install.php page

SYSTEM:
*Linux Distribution and version? 2.6.18-404.el5
*32 or 64bit? 32
*VMware Image or Manual Install of XI? VMWare Image
*Are there special configurations on your system, ie; is Gnome installed? Are you using a proxy? Are you using SSL? SSL

ISSUE:
When loading the the NagiosXi login page via a web browser (index.php) keeps getting redirected to the install.php page.

What happens if you go to the http://nagios.server.ip.address/nagiosxi ?

Was this working previously and just stopped?
