SMNP

Post by jcb0165 »

Hello

The Team here would like me to monitor machines (Windows and Linux servers) with SNMp. Is there any good config files I can look at to get this accomplished. I do not know if this is possible. We currently have other agents on the server and the team does not want to install any more. (I do like the nsclient++ . It worked great easy to use) Although I know I will need to push out Snmp services. Thanks for your time

Jerry,

This really depends on the type of items you want to monitor via SNMP on your windows machines. A ton of plugins already exist to monitor the most common items
