I understood that Self-Paced Training Topics is part of support plan:
Maintenance & Support renewal enables customers to receive access to version upgrades of Nagios XI for one year. Plus, direct email support*, access to customer support forums, self-paced training and customer-only downloads on the Nagios Library.
However I am not able to access self-paced training.
Could you please assist?

Any queries such as this one should go to [email protected]. We on the support side have limited access to account-y type of things. We'd be happy to help you with any technical problems, but that's about the extent of what we can cover through the forums. Thanks!
