Hi,
I am using passive checks across the whole system. Yesterday i have noticed that one of the service haven't highlighted itself as critical even know the state of it was critical.

Where can i look to troubleshoot this issue?

Nagios thinks it is okay. You're going to want to check what you have defined for thresholds.
