I went through this process, https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/ncp ... on-windows, but the -q arg is still not showing as an option. Please assist.

Can we check the check_ncpa.py version that is installed in your XI system? Can you run the following and post back the output?

That screenshot shows you have an older version of check_ncpa.py on your XI server.
Download the latest version here:
https://raw.github.com/NagiosEnterprise ... ck_ncpa.py
Upload the plugin:
Click the Admin menu
System Extensions > Manage Plugins
Click the Browse button
Find the check_ncpa.py file
Click Open
Click The Upload Plugin button
Now it should be the 0.3.5 version.
