Oracle Applications Monitoring

Post by BanditBBS »

Ok, so I tried webinject and got it working with simpler sites, but not oracle's convoluted URLs. I then tried selenium and it works awesome. I can login and click around in Oracle homepage without issue. However, I'd like to go one step deeper and click on one of the links that opens a java forms and opens Oracle Applications and then perform some function. Has anyone here done that and is so, HOW?!?!?!?!?!

Nagios guys, feel free to reply and get off your dashboard, but leave open for a few days please :)

I don't believe Selenium can do anything outside of a browser window, if that's what you're asking, but I could be wrong.

Yeah, you are correct, that's why I am asking, trying to see if anyone has done it some other way.

Without getting gross and involving AutoIt or AutoHotkey I can't think of anything that can break out of a browser.
