Deadpool QUestions

Hi guys!

Just enabled deadpool processor. Couldn find too much information about it. So my question waht problem states mean?

Threshold lets suppose is 5 days.

For instance ig i have a service in critical or warning for 5 days in a role it will be put in the deadpool i assume

What happens if i have taht same service acknowledged in the first day.. The state will be ACK. Lets say its in ACK state for 5 days in a role. Will this service be put in the deadpool??

The service will still be put in the deadpool.
