Nagios Log Server Alerts - Include Log Details Option

We are currently testing the Nagios Log server compared to other products and one of the features we use is the alert/email on certain logs.
We use the log server to notify us on certain critical events such as an account lockout or other important logged messages.

Can I include the body of the log in the alert email?
Currently the alert example is below and is only marginally useful as you have to click on the link to get the details.
Having the actual log body (or the option to include it) would allow us to be able to more quickly identify things such as the actual user account that locked their account.

This is a sample of what the alert looks like currently.

16:33:09 -0400

The alert was processed with the following thresholds:
- Lookback Period: 1m
- Warning: 1
- Critical: 1

Here is the full alert output:
OK: 0 matching entries found |logs=0;1;1

See the last 1m in the dashboard:

Unfortunately, we don't have an exact timeline as to when this feature might be available. The good news is that we are aware that people would like to customize the email template(s) on Nagios Log Server, and have created an internal feature request that we're tracking. I spoke with a NLS developer and he thinks that it's possible we could land this feature in our next major release, but that it's not promised as we have many other big features that we'd like to fit into that release.

I too am interested in this feature. Will this be added into the next major release and when is that major release planned for?

I know that the developers have a possible solution in mind that may involve attaching JSON information to emails - but there is no solid feature that I can promise as of right now. This feature is certainly known and being worked on, but the details aren't here for me to provide yet - I will be sure to make a post when it is!
