Graphs for new customize services

I have some customize plugins and need the graphing feature for these plugins. I need your help have this done. The button I have circled is the one I need of the service Error_Count and Failed Transactions.

If the "Error_Count" and "Failed Transactions" service checks return perfdata, you should be able to see this button...

Can you show us screenshots of the "Advanced" tab page for the two services?

As you can see from the screenshot, your check doesn't return perfdata. Here's an example of a check that returns perfdata:
