I have attempted to upgrade to 5.2 from the web interface and manually and get the same errors that I have attached the information on.

Please let me know what's going on ?

It looks like yum is looking for the files at webhost/centos/6.5/ when that directory has been deprecated to webhost/centos/6/.

Are you running with any kind of proxy support? Additionally, can you please provide the output of yum repolist

here is the yum information,

I don't believe I have any proxy service running that would service this server.

This error generally is associated with being behind a proxy/firewall. Can you find out for sure/rule that out?
