EventLog monitoring

Hi All,

I have tried installing nagevlog-setup-1.9.2.exe on windows 2008 server but the installation failed with errors.

Is there an alternative for this ? Is there a way where I monitor events using NSClient++ .

Please share steps for configuration in windows event logs . IT would be of great help.
