Hello Nagios Support Forum.
I was doing a bulk import on my Nagios XI 5.2 installation and made a mistake referencing all the servers to add in a non-defined host group, the configuration was committed successfully, but now I cannot restore an snapshot to re-do the previous changes done incorrectly
I have a an infinite “applying configuration” message
I had run the Repair_databases Script withouth success, and I cannot start the Monitoring engine and database engine.
In my dashboards, this the message that I have is SQL error 28 from Storage Engine [ndoutils] and now all my hostgroups are in blank and the Monitoring engine and Database Backend adn Database maintenance are in red and I cannot start them.
So, I would like you to help us in how to recover Nagios to the last working point or how to delete this host created previously, is there a way to do it via CLI?
I have a configuration backup , so I also would like to know how to restore it, if that is the case
