First configure SNMP:

Then find a plugin on the Nagios Exchange:
https://exchange.nagios.org/index.php?o ... word=hp-ux
Once you get it working then you will need to create a command and service in CCM. Follow the steps in this guide which explains how to do this:

Re: HP-ux using snmp all versions
What part of the process specifically are you hoping to streamline?
We do have some wizards useful for SNMP if you know exactly what you want to query. Generally using a custom built plugin offers better results, however every environment is different.
