Deleted Services and Host but they still show up in view

Deleted Services and Host but they still show up in view. looked through forum and found info to delet host.cfg files and tried that then rebooted vm still there

Did you try running the Write Config Tool? Core Config Manager->Tools->Write Config Files. What is the output, when you click on the "Check configuration files: Go" button?
