resource.cfg modify from CCM

I cant seem to find where I can modify the resource.cfg file from within CCM?
we are trying to add a $User7$ variable for remote plugin path location.

This file is only editable via the CLI, on purpose for security reasons.

Thanks Scott ! I did it the old way. Just wanted sure how it would be effected by the front end DB.
