Disable Active Checks and Logging
If someone were to disable active checks for a host, would it show up in the Nagios Event Log? If so, how would be the best way to search for this? What keyword should I search? Thanks!

Re: Disable Active Checks and Logging
First you would need to enable this in nagios.cfg:
Then it would appear like this:
Code: Select all
log_external_commands=1Code: Select all
[1446689902] EXTERNAL COMMAND: DISABLE_SVC_CHECK;WIN2008R2-01;Memory Usage
[1446689965] EXTERNAL COMMAND: ENABLE_SVC_CHECK;WIN2008R2-01;Memory UsageAs of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

Are we all right to close this one and consider it resolved?
