Chord Diagram Scaling

Post by CFT6Server »

Is there anyway to scale the chord diagram so that the IPs or DNS names don't get cut off when displayed? For example, when clicking on the XI NNA tab, the Chord labels in the chord diagram gets cut off, same when accessed within NNA.

Can you post a screenshot? I'm not getting the same behavior. How many IPs/DNS names are on the diagram? It might just be a matter of the chart being too crowded. Are the DNS names particularly long?

We have both DNS and IPs, but within XI, the scaling seems off as even IPs are getting cut off. I'll PM you the screencapture.

I think this has been resolved by the update of Highcharts to version 4.1.9. A similar bug inside the NNA interface had this issue and was resolved with the update. This should be available in the 2.2.0 release of Nagios Network Analyzer which does not have a release date as of yet, but this release has gotten most of what is needed finished already and is currently being tested.

EDIT: Nagios Network Analyzer 2.2.0 has been released today. This fix is available in the newest version. Please give it a try and let us know if the above is resolved. Locking this topic.
