SLA Reporting Nagios XI

Is there a way in Nagios XI to not have the "Warning State" count against SLA's on the SLA report. Because a service is in a warning state does not necessarily mean it is down and should not impact SLA's. Or atleast have the option to ignore it while running the report.

What version of XI are you running? This is a screenshot from XI5.2.2
