Network Switch / Router Wizard

Post by westmanm »

I am trying to monitor an Arista switch and was having some problems so I figured I would upgrade the wizard. The automatic button didn't work so I downloaded the new wizard from the exchange and installed it.

Now even though the download page on the exchange says that the wizard requires Nagios XI 2009R1 and I'm running 2012R2.9 the wizard errors out saying that it requires Nagios XI 2014 or later.

So how do I get back online?

Just to make sure - is this the wizard you're talking about? https://exchange.nagios.org/directory/A ... rd/details

Is upgrading to the newest version (5.2.2) an option for you?

Yes, that is the wizard. And I would really like to avoid doing an upgrade at this point.

Go ahead and delete the Wizard that doesn't work for you and replace it with the wizard that is attached here.
It is the same version that came with XI 2012R2.9.
