Dashlet move issue with IE9

I couldn't find this in the forum or in tracker as a bug, surprisingly. We have found we can unpin and pin dashlets with IE9 but cannot move them around the dashboards, they just won't drag. This is with users and admins both. We can delete the dashlets.

In our next release we'll be updating the JQuery library that we use for those functions. I'm wondering if that will take care of the issue. We'll keep an eye out for that. Thanks for the heads up!
