automation report fail export data

Hi Guys,

Thank you for all your help in this couples week, as simple as I have make incorrect in the Program URL and External URL in the first place.

After removing the external url and it is work like a champ, either using the same link in program and external url still work as it should be.

One last question, see attached email report. Are there possible to remove the access link? I need to generate this schedule weekly report to hundred of host and email them to responsible person outside of our company. I don't want them to see any link, just the attachment.

You can access this feature by clicking Reports -> My Scheduled Reports -> Report Email Template. From there, you can modify it to your needs.

Hi,

There are no "Report Email Template" as I have looked around and search google. Just couldn't see maybe my Nagios xi 2012 R2.7 version different?

As far as I can tell, there isn't a way to hack this together in the old version. You would need to upgrade in order to change the template.

I have attached a screenshot of how it looks in the newer version, for your reference -

Not suggested to upgrade and if there is needed for the feature on the newer version.

There are many template around the directory, if you could point that out would be great. I'm sure it wouldn't be that hard to modifies the template?

I looked at that as an option, but the file that contains the template is actually encrypted.

What on nagios would encrypt the "template" while we called it a template?

Don't you think a template would be the most common part where we as a client can customise to meet our need?

Yes - that is why it's available to edit in the newer version, as I posted above with my screenshot. In order to edit it manually, you'll need to upgrade.
