How can I get CPU load for individual process. Which plugin can be used for this purpose.

There are not many plugins that offer this functionality, but I have seen a few on the Nagios Exchange. Have you looked for anything suitable on Exchange? Are we talking about Windows or Linux processes?

There may be more/better plugins. This is what I found doing a quick search on Exchange. Hope this helps.
