Nagios and file integrity monitoring

Hello All,

I've been asked to implement file integrity monitoring in my company's mixed Linux \ Windows environment using OSSEC. I was wondering if Nagios has any capability to provide this type of monitoring functionally? We all ready have a large Nagios footprint and this would be easier to do with Naigos rather than standing up a new OSSEC deployment.
