we have below configuration

OS - RHEL 7
Nagios - Nagios XI 2014 R2.7

We are planning to upgrade it to Nagios 5.2.X

So we want to understand the pre-requisites for the upgrade and precautionary steps that need to be followed

Our upgrade button on the interface should do anything for you that you need to do. If you're an offline install, you'll have many more considerations.
