Hello,
I added over 200 hosts and for each host I set the "Send Alert Notifications To" to myself". I recently added 2 new admin users and would like these 2 users to be part of the alerts. Is there a way to globally check these 2 users under the "Send Alert Notifications To" setting? Or do I need to reconfigure each host one by one to include these individual contacts.
Thanks in advance,
Bob

Can you post an example of one of your hosts and service checks for us to take a look at? This can vary depending on how you setup your system.

Re: Send Alert Notifications To
Thanks for the reply.
All of our devices that have been added are using only the "ping" service. The wizard we have been using is the "Generic Network Device". Step4 is the "Notification Settings" screen. By default the following 2 settings are checked: "Myself" and "Other Individual Contacts". Beneath the "Other Individual Contacts" has all the users, but nothing is checked. This is how all the hosts up to this point have been created. I need 2 of the users under the "Other Individual Contacts" list checked so that the 3 of us can get the alerts. So, my question is do I need to "reconfigure" each host to select these 2 users or is there a global way of doing this (so I don't have to reconfigure each host)?
Thanks

Re: Send Alert Notifications To
I should've thought about that. Wow what a great tool to have at your fingertips (unfortunately we will be purchasing the "Standard", so it's good that I can set everything up pre-sales).
- Thanks for your help. I'm all set.
