Admin receives You are not authorized to access this feature

A user with Admin Authorization Level is receiving the following error when attempting to force an immediate check of a specific service on a specific server. He does not appear to receive the error for any other check on any other server, and he can force an immediate check of the server in question, just not this specific service on that server. The error appears over and over again with a few breaks in between them if you stay on the status page.

You are not authorized to access this feature. Contact your Nagios XI administrator for more information, or to obtain access to this feature.
