Yeah, I was trying to avoid that and thought about creating an additional AD object but I am like many others who are running up against the AD issue, only seeing so many user objects.

Has to be a better way to allow different notification times for email and SMS. If I was able to leverage AD groups I could create an SMS object for the users and then set this group in a contact group that had notifications set at specified times. Then another group for email that was just set for something different. AD (LDAP) integration is the key I believe; otherwise, I can see this becoming a Nagios administration nightmare.

Again, the original issue has been resolved so you can close this thread. Looking forward to seeing many more improvements with the product as it relates to AD (LDAP) integration.

I have filed a feature request for the seperate notification times, ID 7308.

I'll close this thread out now, but feel free to open a new one if you ever need assistance in the future.
