Firefox and Safari works. IE and Edge (ie 12?) don't.

Can you check out the compatibility view or security settings to see if one of them is stopping the display of gd libraries?

What I can tell you is when internal network compatibility mode is enabled in IE nothing at all shows and hamburger menu option does nothing. When I turn off compatibility mode the display shows, but as I previously described. The lines are there, the names are there, but no graphics. Other than the green dot for one of my machines that has no graphic associated with it.

It took some digging, but I found an answer for you.

Looks like it was an issue that IE had - here's an in depth explanation from @mr.dub.
