Run Configuration Wizards on Existing Hosts?

Post by derekb »

Hi there,

Wondering if it's possible to run the XI configuration wizards on existing hosts that are already setup in XI? I know this works with the SNMP Traps wizard. Basically, I have a number of network switches that I want to use the Network Router/Switch configuration wizard on to get the port status and bandwidth graphs without having to manually creating these services.

Is there an easy way to accomplish this without alot of manual work?

Running latest version of XI Standard (not enterprise), on Centos 6.

You should be able to run it again without any problems.

When running it again, are you using the same IP address as you were initially?

Can you post a screenshot as an example showing the dupe hosts?

I just tried over here, and didn't see any issues re-running the Network Switch / Router script.
