Nagvis options Menu Missing

Are there special configurations on your system, ie; is Gnome installed? Are you using a proxy? Are you using SSL?
Some minor customization (Additional Plugins, Scripts etc), not using proxy or SSL

The "Options" Menu is missing from the NagVis section as shown below

To my understanding it should appear as below


Any assistance or advice is greatly appreciated

On the Nagios XI system, Click on the Nagvis link, then in the Nagvis window, click Open and select WUI. That should bring up the Options menu in Nagvis.

Thank you for your suggestion, the Open menu does not have an option for "WUI"

What version of the Nagvis component are you running?

You can check by navigating to Admin -> Manage Components.
